Qiagen凱杰981103 Strip Tubes and Caps 0.1ml

操作步驟：應用QIAGEN Plasmid Kits純化過程中，通過離心取出細菌裂解液。然后將澄清的裂解液裝入陰離子交換柱，在適當的低鹽濃度和pH值條件下，陰離子交換柱會選擇性地結合質粒DNA。RNA、蛋白質、代謝物和其他小分子雜質通過中鹽濃度洗滌去除，應用高鹽濃度緩沖夜洗脫超純的質粒DNA（見流程圖"Comparison of QIAGEN Plasmid Kit Procedures"）。通過異丙醇沉淀濃縮并脫鹽DNA，離心法收集DNA。
